Dr. Wynne A. DiGrassie, DVM, MS, Diplomate, ACT, CVA
Dr. DiGrassie is a native of the Shenandoah Valley and completed her DVM from the Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. She stayed on at VMRCVM to complete her master’s degree and Theriogenology residency. From there she performed a one-year instructorship at Oklahoma State University. She and her husband, Dr. Reiners started construction on Mountain View Equine Hospital in 2003. Her special areas of interest include: stallion management, semen freezing, and neonatal medicine. Outside of veterinary medicine her interests are competing in AQHA Halter, and competing in Hunter/Jumper events, hiking and biking. Email Dr. DiGrassie |

Dr. Scott R. Reiners, DVM, Diplomate, ACVS
Dr. Reiners is a native of South Dakota and completed his DVM in 1996 from Kansas State University. He completed an ambulatory internship at the Ohio State University and his surgical residency at Oklahoma State University. From there he went to work at Southwest Equine Medical and Surgical Center in Scottsdale, AZ as a surgeon. In 2003 he came to Virginia with his wife Dr. Wynne DiGrassie to start Mountain View Equine Hospital. His special areas of interest are in orthopedic surgery, fracture/tendon repair, laser surgery, shockwave therapy, and sport horse lameness. Outside of veterinary medicine his interests include hiking, skydiving, biking, snow skiing, and horseback riding. Email Dr. Reiners |

Sara Jensen, DVM
Dr. Jensen is from Anniston, Alabama, and she completed her DVM at Auburn University in 2009. She spent the year following graduation at Oklahoma State University doing an internship specifically focusing on equine internal medicine. Dr. Jensen moved to the Lexington area with her husband Richard following her internship. She started at Mountain View Equine Hospital in August 2010 wanting to continue her veterinary career working with horses at a progressive and well-equipped equine clinic. Although her main focus at OSU was internal medicine, she enjoys reproduction, lameness, and surgery as well and is working on expanding her knowledge in these areas. Outside of veterinary medicine, her interests including horseback riding, tennis, canoeing, mountain biking, Auburn football, and playing with her three dogs. |

Michelle Schenley, DVM
Dr Schenley is from Oak Ridge, Tennessee. She obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Tennessee in 2003. She has been practicing both equine and small animal work since her graduation. Her main interests are preventative medicine, internal medicine, and reproduction. Dr Schenley is currently working toward her certification in canine physical therapy and rehabilitation. She then hopes to follow up with her equine certification. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, hunting, fishing, camping, reading, riding horses and playing softball. |
